Transparent pricing for property sales, rentals and property valuation in Luxembourg
Commission for the Sale of a Property
Our commission for the sale of a property is 3% excluding VAT, payable by the seller.
For properties valued at less than €150,000, a flat fee of €5,000 excluding VAT applies.
Transfer of a Business
Our fees for the transfer of a business are as follows:
€5,000 excluding VAT for a business valued between €50,000 and €200,000.
3% excluding VAT of the value of a business valued at more than €200,000.
Residential Property Rental
Our agency fee for renting out a residential property is equal to one month’s rent excluding VAT, shared equally between the landlord and the tenant.
Rental Management
Our rental management fee is €200 excluding VAT. It is payable by the party who instructed the agency.
The property condition report is provided free of charge where a rental listing mandate has been signed.
Property Valuation
Property valuation in Luxembourg is free of charge where the client has signed an exclusive sales mandate.
Where a client instructs our agency solely to value a property, the valuation fees are as follows:
- €200 excluding VAT for an apartment.
- €400 excluding VAT for a house.
